Freight Claims

To address any loss or damage, all freight claims must be filed with our customer service the next business day following the receipt of your shipment. Claims made after this period should be directed to the freight carrier directly.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. All parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Georgia for any actions related to this agreement.ReturnsOur products are guaranteed to perform substantially in line with the applicable specifications for a period of 120 days from the invoice date. If a product fails to perform during the warranty period, upon proper notification, we may choose to either replace the defective product or issue a credit for the purchase amount.

 

Returns

without authorization, for overstocking, or due to customer ordering errors will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to any associated freight charges. Returns of non-stock or specialty items may not be accepted. We do not accept any returns beyond 60 days from the receipt of the products.

 

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of shipment. The purchaser is responsible for all sales, use, excise, or other taxes, except for those levied on Atmet Group Inc.'s income. Tax exemption will be granted only to those who have provided valid tax-exempt certificates to Atmet Group Inc.
